Questions
What exactly does the AI read?
Your screenshot: the symbol, timeframe, entry, stop and target from your position tool, and the levels, zones and lines you drew. It shows you everything it read and you fix anything wrong before it's saved.
How accurate is it?
Good on clear charts, weaker on cluttered ones. That's why every field is shown for review, with "Check this" on the ones our own checks flag (for example a price outside the chart, or nothing read at all). You're never saving numbers you haven't seen.
Which chart platforms work?
Any. It reads the picture, so TradingView, MetaTrader, cTrader, NinjaTrader, thinkorswim and others all work as long as the chart and your drawings are visible. It reads normal candlestick and bar charts best; Renko, Point and Figure, footprint and Market Profile views aren't read reliably yet, and with Heikin Ashi candles check any price it reads.
Do I have to capture screenshots to use it?
No. You can type trades in or import a file from your broker. Those don't use captures.
Are my screenshots private?
Yes. They're stored in your account, only you can see them, and they're deleted when you delete the trade or your account. We don't sell your data or use it to advertise.
